Congratulations to Prof. Rae Blumberg, who was selected to be one of four UVA faculty to run a project for the U.S. State Department with UVA students.  Rae's project involves formulating a detailed plan on how to counteract the proposed downgrading of the Lajes Air Base in the (Portuguese) Azores.
